How to add support for other language? #119

Hello! We Chinese POE community have made a list of passive skill tree translation with the help of the project. However, it's not very convenient. I'm new to JavaScript so I want to know how to add a language change function if we provide a file like 'src/lib/data/nodes_desc_cn.json'?
