Portfolio related setup

This task could probably go on for a while, but for some simplicity sake, this PR adds the following changes

• Added bootstrap to the solution
• Added a nav bar to conditionally show or hide the current components
• Added an AboutMe section that highlights some tech and roles I've held
• Various updates to formatting that is now using bootstrap.

Gotta start somewhere
