This PR includes the following changes

Scaffolds in ApiService to target MusicAPI. This retrieves User Details provided from spotify
Basic display of information to ensure data is wired up correctly
Creation of data models to facilitate returning object from API
Other project related scaffolding and setup based on architecture practices for Angular apps
