Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At present, translation strings must be hand-extracted from source files into JSON files to be compiled into JavaScript files loaded at runtime.

Describe the solution you'd like A tool should be created to automate the process of string extraction to JSON files, and compilation to JavaScript files.
