Describe the bug It has been reported that Pixel-4 with android 13 returns null for getName() of a (paired?) distoxble.

Device (please complete the following information):

Pixel 4
Android version 13
TopoDroid version 6.2.32

Additional context The solution is to let the user tell the app the device model and number, associated to an unnamed mac-address. The mac-address can be seen in the Setting app. The device number can be read on the device info screen.

work in progress: geek settings to let the user specify a BT device, either with a non-conventional name or with no name.
