adding install steps after test! #1

@marcodelapierre this was so great! I installed tcl modules (and everything else) fresh on a server and added my notes here. It's really quite awesome how you can run the same workflow in so many ways!! Here are my edits to the README - what should we do next?

And one question I'm thinking - should the workflow be able to install and load the modules? Akin to how the others pull the containers? or is that too much?

Thanks to the additional Readme instructions @vsoch !

On your question: well, that sounds like a form of SHPC support within Nextflow.

I will draft a dedicated github issue on this. Here it is : #2
