Error at CodeDomGenerater because Column.Member is null #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a DBML file using VS.net 2008
2. Start DBMetal to create code file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a C# file to be generated, but an exception is thrown at line 
#1396 because column.member is null

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.20

Please provide any additional information below.
The DBML file does not contain a member attribute for column -> may be 
validate a column and set the Name as Member??
