add margin: 0 auto; to header and footer #35

the default css is pretty damn elegant. to make it a bit better I suggest
centering the header and footer with margin: 0 auto;. this won't affect the
default design, or those that want full width header and footers. but it
will make things a bit easier for others who want headers and footers that
are fixed width. then all they have to do is override the width and voila.
