r424 breaks localization of footer string

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The description text for "Text in footer" in thematic-options.php has
changed, but the l10n files have not been updated accordingly. Therefore
all localized versions display the description in English ("You can use the
following shortcodes in your footer text: [wp-link] [theme-link]
[loginout-link] [blog-title] [the-year]")

POT file and all PO files should be updated accordingly.

This looks like a never-ending issue... My latest commit updated the POT file 
with a
new string (introduced in r476) to be translated in all locales.

Should this be left here as an issue, or followed differently?

I closed this issue for now. For future releases I will open a new issue in 
case that
the are any changes in the language file and CC all of you.
