Section signs bug in hooks-filters.php #37

Hi,

While trying to disable a comments RSS feed using a child theme filter and
being unable to do so, I noticed a few typos in
trunk/library/extensions/hooks-filters.php that appear to be causing this
issue.

There are eight places where the $display variable begins with a section
sign (§; Unicode U+00A7, HTML entity §) instead of a dollar sign. 

Lines 384, 385, 402, 403, 420, 421, 435 & 436 are affected.

After replacing the dollar symbols the child theme filters in question
appear to be working again.
