Shortcodes in description #45

1. Use shortcodes in the first part of a page
2. look at the autogenerated description meta

The shortcodes remain between []

Tested on 0.9.5 

Is there any solution?

Yep, do_shorcode() will probably make it right.

not sure what he means by 'first part of the page'.  but related to the meta 
tag, only seeing the description on the home page.  the code indicates it 
should be on single posts and pages, even though i don't see it in view source. 
 why not on archives?

Ok I tested this and it's no longer a valid bug. Might have been then but 
something was fixed by something along the way.
