Lithuanian translation for Thematic

This is a partial Lithuanian translation of Thematic. Since I did it using
just a plain text editor, fuzzy lines will most probably not appear in
applications like PoEdit at all, sorry for that.

The translation is not full since I'm not using the theme myself and have
no time to finish it right now. It covers most of the strings though (I
think about 90%), only those that I didn't know HOW to translate are left
untranslated and commented out.

Hope this will be useful for anyone wanting to finish this task.
