Move edit link to own function #76

In 0.9.6.2, displaying the edit link is done in the functions
thematic_postfooter_postcomments and thematic_postfooter_postconnect.

This does not make much sense, please move the code into its own function
and call it from thematic_postfooter.

I don't know when this was done  but it is already there, complete with 
childtheme_override and everything. You can mark as fixed.
