Adding some enchantments: V11 - V12 compatible, Colour to more headers, CSV export fix, Agent fix, Import exclusion list of VM’s. Import config file from command line. Etc.

This is my attempt to bring back the SureBackup reports when using V12 and keeping V11 compatibility. After I got SureBackup reports working with V12 to my requirements I went on to compare the output of Shawn Masterson with Marco Horstmann as best I could and add some enchantments / bugfixes. My objective is to keep the same output from Shawn Masterson with Marco Horstmann improvements to my latest version with bug fixes and perhaps additional columns of data that suit my liking. With the "import config file" working from the command line one no longer needs to edit MyVeeamReport.ps1 or keep multiple versions of it for different report types going forward. Thanks
