you can upload this to maven central repository following this instructions: https://docs.sonatype.org/display/Repository/Uploading+3rd-party+Artifacts+to+The+Central+Repository

only you have to package all files in javafx-ui-sandbox/javafx-dialogs/target/mvn-repo/javafx-ui-sandbox/javafx-dialogs/0.0.3 to a jar
