cant select any kinect #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch program
2. select projector
3. no kinext to select. if i refresh the app crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the kinect window is empty
i know the kinext works as i tried the sdk sample browser
I have tried every resolution on pc, no luck

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi there!

Which version of the Kinect SDK do you have?  Ubi Displays requires 1.6 (not 
1.7 which is the latest)  Is your Kinect fully powered from the mains?  If so, 
try another USB port.  Also make sure there is not another process called "Ubi 
Displays" in the task manager.

sorry for simple question, what is difference between these 2 sdk

i got the second one and i think it says kinect sdk v1.0

can you run both?

it is the same?

Ah yea you will need the first one (v1.6) as the second one is (v1.0) which is 
the first one MS released. 

Please download this one and try again:

don't think you can have both.

great i will try. Just blew my kinect power supply, so need to find a new one

i'm working in university in australia and very keen to see if we can use this 
in Teaching/learning
