Detected Kinect, but not in List #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start the Software
- No Kinect to Use, but in the Debug Menu available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Kinect Interface to use

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest with EU (German) Fix
Win 7 (fresh Install)

As you are on a fresh install, do you have the latest Kinect SDK installed?

 Yes latest sdk. When i change the usb Port and click the refresh icon, the kinect was found in the debug view, but it was not in the List to use it.

In Pic one, after press the Refresh Button, Ubi found the Kinect. But not in 
List
In Pic two, that was the Debug. Start (kinect Found, but not in the List) and 
USB Port change and klick the Refresh Button. (Kinect Found, but not in the 
List)

Are you using Kinect for Windows or XBox Kinect?

Kinect for XBox...

On win8 it works.. On the Win7 not. I have this on the Devices (Screenshot) and 
the same on win8.

Found the error. 

Now it works... 

I have a Cat. And this little Cat think, she must eat the cable. So this was 
broken and the Kinect have no Power. 
When i put it to the Win8 machine, the power was ok. Back to the win7, no 
Power. 

Sorry...

Now the Device Manager show this:

The Cat was ok. Thanks...

The UBI checks only the Kinect Windows Device. This works with only the USB 
Power.
