[Technical Feature] Switch to pnpm #282

Pnpm https://pnpm.io/benchmarks seems to have a much more efficient package management compared to Yarn. Switch to pnpm to compare installation times on CI cerver.

Performance gains are not major and effort of refactoring too big. Thus not switching to pnpm for now.
