I can't see my own elements.
Describe the solution you'd like
Extend the current search functionality with a special tag to allow searching for own elements through the search bar. Suggestions:
#my, #mine, #my-elements...
Or when # is reserved for tags it could be a :mine
Could also add a toggle button that adds this filter when clicked.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Introduce a separate page that only renders own elements.
Add a split/option button that allows you to toggle own elements only.

Related to #383 as the my elements page could refer to elements page with the "#my_elements" filter activated.
