Currently, Dokku builds images from scratch when they are pushed to development or production. This takes roughly 14 minutes for the frontend and 9 minutes for the backend which is a very long time.
Describe the solution you'd like
To make builds more efficient we could push images to GitHub packages and deploy them from there by specifing the image tag in Dokku.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Could use other artifactories like docker hub.
