Updated llama.cpp to 0.0.16 (b2382) for better performance and stability.
Updated run_server kwargs to enable embeddings by default (hard to debug for first time users).
Bump up version to v0.3

The failures seem like a bad CI run. I didn't make any changes and it passes locally, plus it doesn't really say what the error was...
