Graph dataset colours legend disappears in IE when datasets added/removed from chart after rendering #101

After a graph has been rendered, adding/removing a dataset using
Datasets.add()/Datasets.remove() causes the graph dataset colours legend
above the graph to disappear.

This only happens in Internet Explorer.

I see this happening as well, using r844 of Chronoscope.
Also, the chart zooms out to max domain width when datasets are added/removed. 
This
is unexpected, even annoying when zoomed in already.
