Stuck on "Loading Chronoscope Data..." #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the demo page http://timepedia.org/chronoscope/demo/
2. Use firebug and check the server error message
3. <script
src="http://api.timepedia.org/widget/BCBD5EF1AC906D6A79541AAA9F47B423.cache.js">
4. <head><title>500 Internal Server Error</title></head>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We expected to see the actual script for chronoscope here.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

We are using the embedded version on Windows XP, IE 8.0 Firefox 3.5.8 and
Chrome 4.0.

Our production environment is running into the same problem.

Could someone fix this issue? I can't use
http://api.timepedia.org/widget/chronoscope.js since march because of this bug.
