External GSS files don't work sometimes. #136

External gss files are loaded asynchronously, but sometimes, when the style 
sheet comes, the view is not update.

This happens running the examples with ff in development mode. It does not 
happen with flash.

more issues related with this are:
- When there are various charts in the page, the gss file is requested more 
than once.
- When there are multiple gss links, only the first is processed.
