option to hide chart elements #52

Should be options (passed in the microformat, or as query parameters to 
chronoscope.js, or 
through some other means) for showing/hiding elements of the chart display:

* Zoom levels
* the date range displayed
* the legend
* the full-range nav section

The latter two can be hidden, but it's only exposed in GViz, GWT, and GSS, not 
Javascript or Microformats. The 
first two can be selectively hidden via GSS.   Supplying a GSS stylesheet 
however is currently broken.
