chronoscope displaying a second Y axis when it shouldn't #54

Expected to see a single Y axis, with both data series plotted against it;
instead I'm getting a right-
hand axis that doesn't start at zero.

Possibly related to having "null" in the legend? I have an error in the
microformat, not showing the
column header for the second data column.

Datasets are placed on new axes unless they have the same axis id (units). Did
you specify an axisid in the JSON
dataset or an axis attribute in the microformat?

Axis id's can be anything, but I tend to make them human readable units, e.g.
"$", "m/s", "GDP/Capita", etc
