swfobject incompatible with wordpress #268

I'm using the latest version of wordpress. I'm also using swfobject.js with
one of my plugins to add to the post edit page. Whenever I use the embedSWF
method, the post edit page for a specific post breaks. If I click to save
changes or publish the post, wordpress takes me back to the post selection
page and all changes are not saved. Whenever I remove embedSWF from my
javascript, post editing works as expected, with the post content updated.
