Is there a way to change the default yt-dlp download options?

I am wanting to change the default output settings and define a couple of other options on a permanent basis, is this possible? i know i can do it per download but typing those options every time is tedious

You can enable custom yt-dlp arguments in the settings page. From there use the -o argument to define your output folder
