Change album cover and colour for local files #249

It would be nice if you are able to get the local album art and colours or just use a default art instead of the one from the previous song.

Depending on the player it should revert to the white Monstercat logo, maybe your player sends some info which can't be processed by the plugin for Rainmeter.

Can you tell me which Rainmeter version, Media Player and Skin Version?
