Bar Clipping regardless of Bar Height when visualizer is rotated #284

Description

When the visualizer is rotated (most prominent at 90 degrees I'd assume), bar clipping occurs regardless of the bar height variable.

Additional notes/images

Image 1: No clipping (bars are cut off by the top of the desktop)

No vertical clipping when rotation is at 0 degrees

Image 2: Clipping (bars are cut off by the width of the skin, not the height)

Vertical clipping when rotation is set to 90 degrees
