Alter requirements: python-instagram to python-instagram-2 #5

The python-instagram package has not been updated and is in error. I created a new (python-instagram-2) with bug fixes.

Thank you for your request but I do not intend to use python-instagram anymore. I'll be changing the software to use a scraping algorithm.
