No MCA USER field fo channel #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on channel auth.
2. Try to connect to QM with passing MCA username.
3. Failure - no such field in the connection parameters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connected to QM.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.0_45 Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
Could you start to use the latest release 0.15 ?
http://mqjexplorer.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/MQJExplorer/build/MQJExplorer_v0.15/

This new release has also the username for logging to a Queue Manager with Auth 
enabled.
