Update grunt-manifest dependency to filter out folder names from appcache manifest automatically #2

currently used version of grunt-manifest doesn't use grunt file globbering, so its not possible to filter out folders. New version does that.

needs to wait til pull request for https://github.com/gunta/grunt-manifest/issues/30 is accepted

fixed: removed grunt-manifest, using grunt-appcache now
