Hello,

I explore cancer in a OneHealth manner across numerous species. Can MuSiCa be adapted to other reference genomes and annotations?

Hi @AgaricX,

Thanks so much for your question and your interest in our tool. MuSiCa can definitely be adapted to other species and reference genomes, although the reference signatures should be modified according to what is currently available in the COSMIC website. We are planning a major update of the tool in the following months, so we will address this issue in the new release.
