HI Please make the option to click exacly 12 cps #1

Hey! The program already has an option to give 12 clicks per second, but there are several limitations and variations from computer to computer, system to system, and even Windows, which means that it is not possible for the CPS option selected to be exactly the amount of final CPS obtained. This happens more often at selected higher CPSs.
