System specification: dealer actor

Description: The dealer is usually a player, but we can also assume it is a 
different agent. In any case we should have another the actor dealer I 
think. Bear in mind that also the dealer can cheat when he is dealing cards 
to the players.

Proposed change: add the actor in the wiki page and in the analysis overview 
diagram.

In my opinion the dealer is more like a role of an agent, so we can modelate as 
it. We 
can use another actor in the overview diagram, but I don't think that a dealer 
is a 
diferent agent, going more deeply.

In the end, the dealer also plays like a player.

I do agree with you regarding different roles, but I think we should add the 
dealer 
actor to the analysis overview diagram. If you do agree, we can close this 
issue I 
think.
