Not parsing DVD-ordered episodes correctly from thetvdb.com #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
     1. Add "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" to "My Shows"
     2. Compare season 1 and 2's list of actual DVD-ordered episodes from
thetvdb.com to the parsed list in TVrename.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
     In the above example, s02e01 - "Mail Order Bride" - and s02e13 -
"Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past" - are incorrectly parsed as Season 1
episodes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
     Same results in both version 2.1.0 and 2.2.0a7.

To add to that; a bunch of other Season 2 episodes are parsed out of order.  
They are
not even close...

And to Clairfy; "DVD Order" is checked-off.
