Hi, I am using iSpy version 4.7.7 on Windows Server 2008 64-bit and having a
problem with the object tracking. My IP cameras are 4 apexis j901.
The machine is a i5 660 with 8GB of RAM.
For all the cameras, object tracking doesn't work as i hope, because i think
the range of the move of the camera is limited at about 2-3 steps from the
original position (preset 0) instead of go until the end of the range.
Then, there is no vertical move when object tracking, only horizontal though i
set "All directions" in the options. (Force only vertical doesn't work, no
vertical move anyway).
PTZ Arrow works fine, only the middle directions don't work (left-up,
left-down, right-up, right-down).
I don't know if it's a problem with the commands code in XML or if the camera
doesn't support this type of commands.
Can you tell me if the problem with object tracking is child of the issue with
PTZ commands?
