Adapt to StatsModels v0.6.2 #14

These are minimal changes to get this package to run with the new version of StatsModels. It would be good to tag a new version with these changes.

Thanks! The build seems to fail now and I currently don't have the time to investigate right now (I haven't spend much time on Julia in the last few months so I have to catch up on the "what-changed"-front first). So please stand by for a week or two. :)
