Update Ripen; replace Lispy Logo with Babble. #22

Rationale for the update: Babble is a newer project that actually has a future, as opposed to the failed design of Lispy Logo.

Also, Ripen is now at version 2.0 and better than ever.

@felixplesoianu Thanks for the update on Ripen and Babble.

Please correct me: is Ripen a single file? I see that Ripen needs 2 files to compile: src/ripen.cpp, src/ripen.hpp.

ripen.hpp is the interpreter library; ripen.cpp is a demo driving app. Sorry, I should have made that clear.
