It's a concise implementation and well-written. Because it's not quite in the spirit of the other single-file implementations I've manually added it to Honourable Mentions instead of applying this merge.

I think what you meant to link to is uLisp. They have single file implementations for many small devices like Arduino, etc. Check it out. http://www.ulisp.com/
