Add MJPEG Stream option #18

The video element does not work while in drive. This adds a MJPEG stream, which does work in drive.

Hello, Unfortunately I can't accept your merge request, I don't doubt that your code works, but I don't prefer to encode the video at the rasberry level. The problem you asked for has been fixed in v0.4 with ssl and canvas
