This PR updates the IGDB API to version 4. Version 3 is due to be shutdown on 26th October 2020, with planned periodic outages starting from 19th October 2020.

Summary:

Authenticates using Twitch Client ID and Client Secret to retrieve an Access Token and caches it
Changed endpoints:
- Removed withdrawn endpoints
- Renamed ProductFamily to PlatformFamily
Updated endpoint, method used (now POST) and headers
Removed offset limits
Removed private endpoints (no longer used)
