When creating a patch can we be allowed to use Nintendo ds rom files as large as 64.0 mb

File size limit can be easily increased. However... Big file size handling in the web browser is not very recommended. The BPS creation algorithm is already slow when working with smaller ROMs.

Do you have any recommendations for bps creator tools that can work in my situation?
