Adding another site that uses Rom Patcher JS

Thank you for your contribution! I figure this is for Pokemon Prism, right?

Anyway, no additional code was added in the main UI file, so the bsp.js is doing nothing at the moment.

Please revert those two changes I left in review and I'll finish it myself.
