Non Existent Villager 8 House Crashes ACNL #33

So i've had this problem for quite some time that Villager 8's house doesn't show up under the "Villagers" or "Building" tab on the ACNL Save Editor

villager 8 doesnt exist villager 8 is ded

I mean, it would be fine if it just didn't just show up and that was all that happened but it's not, my savefile refues to even boot up and take me to the home screen of the game, it crahes during the first loading sequence.

I'm unsure if the house shows up on the town map as i haven't been able to start the game to check, thankfully i have backups ready for use but i thought this would be worth reporting.

If a villager moves out the building isn't visible is what I've noticed so is it possible there is no villager 8 present at the time?

If not, I also have an issue with Villager 8. It's not showing up in the editor also not in my world and no one moves in. This is a strange thing but I'm working on a modified version of this editor locally on my computer and try to fix this on my end. This is no fix for the editor but for my save game, to clear that out! I have quite some experience in programming only not JS so it's fun to mess with it. I already was able to let the editor show villager 8 as an empty(set to id 1) and was able to insert a villager into that position. After reloading the save file in the regular editor, villager 8 is in my save file now, only not his building. My next step is fiddle with the building code to try to show building 8 appear when ever it has the right or wrong settings so I can modify it's position and hope that will work.

I already tried to make building 8 "addable" but that results in an empty space with no house visible but i wasn't able to walk through so it recognised there is something there, just not the right one.
