Placing Bridges #51

Bridges are greyed out in the 'Add Building' menu. I have one left in-game, and Isabelle is only giving me the option to demolish a PWP or redesign the station/hall. I think this is probably because at one point in the hack I had three, but then demolished two assuming I could move them. What am I missing here?

Have you reached the PWP limit? That would probably explain you cannot add any other PWP.

I have sorta the same problem. I started a new game and got a Town Dev Permit and unlocked all PWPs, but all bridges and some customizable signs (the face cut-out and customizable sign) are greyed out. I'm assuming that other PWPs are greyed out due to limits in-game (like the townhall, pier/dock bin, Re-Tail, etc.... But the bridges one is really bugging me. I only have one in town atm.
