Exe file missing /No offline use? #73

There was is no exe. file on W10 not on my Smartphone. I opened the rar. and tz on my phone and it's not there. I went several version down and it's not there either. Can you please fix this or tell me how to do this I can not use the online one

This is a web-based editor; there is no executable. Just open the index file and you're good to go.
