add Red++ v3 and CrystalClear #2

here are two example settings for the following games:

Red++ v3: I used the current git version in the hard snowy variant. CrystalClear: I used version 2.5.10 in the ColorFilter variant.

Thanks for this awesome tool - using rgbds this way is genius.
