TOTK: Food effects Energy Up and Energy Recharge Up Not work #271

I edit two Elixir with Energy Up and Energy Recharge Up. mutiplier set 4 and duration set 9999. Then I opened the game and ate them. None of effects showed up. Is it I did it wrong way or these effects cant set to food?

I figure Energy Up/Energy Recharge Up are not legit modifiers that you can get in-game from food.

Can anyone confirm so I can remove them from the editor?
